The WilloughVale Inn Lodging Information

• Main Inn rooms: nightly rates based on double occupancy; add $50.00+ per night for each additional adult.
  
• Children 12 and under stay free in same Main Inn room with parents.
• Two night minimum for Cottages.
• A service charge of 6% per day and 9% (or current rate) Vermont State rooms tax are applicable to all rates. The service charge is shared by employees who provided services to you during your stay. Dining gratuities are not included.

EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEES

• *If unusual and additional cleaning is required after departure, above the normal protocols, there will be an additional charge added to your bill up to $500. You will be contacted within 14 days of your departure regarding any additional charges for missing items, damages to room or cabin or its contents, or any excessive cleaning that may be required, including but not limited to: vomit and/or other bodily fluids; stains/ spills on furniture, carpet or other upholstery; excessive dishes, garbage, food debris, etc.*Guests are not allowed to smoke in their guest rooms and common areas. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for those who do not abide by this policy.
• Daily housekeeping services provided for all accommodations.
• One dog 40 lbs and under is permitted only in Courtyard(Inn room), Robert Frost (lake front cabin), Songadeewin and Twilight( lake veiw cabin). A $40.00++ per night service fee applies. You must pickup after your pet on property.

Deposit & Cancellation

A 50% plus taxes and fees advance deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee reservations. Cancellation notice is required 3 weeks prior to arrival. Refunds for early departures will not be provided. There will be a 12% cancellation fee for all cancellations from deposit amount paid no matter when you cancel. For cancellations within 3 weeks of arrival deposits are forfeited in their entirety, and on a case by case basis may be applied to a future stay. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be billed the total amount due for the reservation.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
